Program and Production

Production Manager

Work with the Program Office and a team of Production Staff to provide logistical and technical support for Blue Lake’s performance venues and instructional sites. Oversee staff scheduling, equipment usage, tech support, performance needs, artistic accommodations, and facility security. Successful candidates have strong organizational and time-management skills, some technical knowledge relating to managing performance venues, and the ability to manage a team of employees effectively. Previous experience at Blue Lake preferred. Applicants must be available for the full season of June 2 – August 18. Salary is based on experience, meals and housing included. Program Assistant

Work with the Program team to support Blue Lake’s faculty in implementing the instructional program. Tasks include assisting with faculty arrival and orientation, camper and faculty scheduling, faculty ensemble management, evaluations, camper final presentations, and other administrative tasks. Previous Blue Lake leadership and/or faculty experience required. Salary based on experience, meals and housing included. Program Assistant positions span the full season of June 2 – August 15, but partial-season commitments are available in some circumstances.
