With 100,000 watts, WBLV is West Michigan’s most powerful National Public Radio affiliate, reaching 18 Michigan counties and serving listeners in Muskegon, Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Holland, Pentwater, Ludington, Big Rapids, and other communities in West Michigan.

WBLU FM 88.9
Located in the heart of Grand Rapids, Michigan's second largest city, WBLU simulcasts WBLV programming and serves the entire Grand Rapids metropolitan area.

FORMAT
WBLV 88.9, and WBLU 90.3, are West Michigan's only stations offering Classical Music, plus Jazz, with both featuring our local Blue Lake hosts. Also NPR's Morning Edition and All Things Considered. Other fine arts programming includes performances by the Grand Rapids Symphony and West Michigan Symphony. Plus top quality network broadcasts of the Metropolitan Opera, New York Philharmonic, Chicago Symphony, Piano Jazz with Marian McPartland, Radio Deluxe Jazz, and American Routes.

AUDIENCE

Blue Lake Public Radio is a non-commercial, Public Radio facility, owned and operated by Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, and funded by grants and contributions from national, regional, and local sources, including foundations, businesses, and individual listeners.
