Blue Lake employees will be expected to follow all guidelines and recommendations around COVID-19 safety prior to and throughout the duration of their employment. As national and state-level guidelines for camps evolve in the coming months, we will continue to refine our plans and protocols as we head into the summer.

Program Assistant

Assist the Program Coordinator with demands of Blue Lake's instructional program, including faculty recruiting and orientation, camper and faculty scheduling, faculty ensemble management, and other administrative tasks. Faculty are required to hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and have extensive teaching experience with junior high and/or high school students. Masters and Doctorate level degrees are preferred. Previous Blue Lake experience preferred.  Salary based on education and experience, room and board included.  For further general information, visit our Faculty page.

International Assistants

International Assistants should be available for the entire season of June 5 – August 18 and will provide essential support to the International Office at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp. Responsibilities include informing Blue Lake participants about special tour opportunities through the International Exchange Program, recruiting campers and assisting them with the application process, and helping to welcome any international students or tour groups that may be visiting. Previous experience with Blue Lake's International Program is required. Salary is based on education and experience and includes room and board. Production Manager

Assist the Director of Campus Services with maintaining production schedules and technical demands for Blue Lake's main performance and rehearsal locations. Supervise a small staff to oversee maintenance, scheduling, equipment usage, tech support, performer needs, and security.  Applicants must be available for the entire season of June 3 - August 20.
