Assist the Program Coordinator with demands of Blue Lake's instructional program, including faculty recruiting and orientation, camper and faculty scheduling, faculty ensemble management, and other administrative tasks. Faculty are required to hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and have extensive teaching experience with junior high and/or high school students. Masters and Doctorate level degrees are preferred. Inform campers about opportunities through the Exchange Program, recruit campers for auditions, and assist with visiting European groups. Assist the Director of Campus Services with maintaining production schedules and technical demands for Blue Lake's main performance and rehearsal locations. Supervise a small staff to oversee maintenance, scheduling, equipment usage, tech support, performer needs, and security.  Applicants must be available for the entire season of June 3 - August 21.
