Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp employs 30+ individuals on a full-time basis who work behind the scenes all year long to make our summer camp, international program, and public radio station a success. Our administrative staff is dedicated, experienced, knowledgeable, creative, and just a little bit goofy now and then. After all, we work in the middle of the woods. Immediate Opening: Blue Lake Seeks Seasonal Assistant in Business Office
The Business Office Assistant works in Blue Lake’s business office and assists the Business Manager with processing payments and transactions, completing data entry, managing orders, filing, and triaging incoming communications from patrons. Full-time hours from March through August, with occasional evening and weekend hours during July and August. Preferred applicants have basic knowledge of general office tasks, with a focus on financial transaction processing. Basic operational knowledge of Intuit Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite preferred, past experience with processing transactions and orders required.
